These terms and conditions apply to the supply of products made by SHAKSCOSMETIC LTD to the Customer.

Price

  • Prices of goods are as quoted on the Website at the time of order. If we discover an error in pricing, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.
  • Prices include VAT at the applicable UK rate. If VAT rates change, adjustments will be made unless the order has been paid in full.
  • All prices are in GBP (£).

Payment

  • Payments must be made in GBP (£) via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, and Visa Electron.
  • Discount codes are subject to individual terms and conditions. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders that do not comply.

Orders

  • All Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Order acknowledgment does not confirm acceptance.
  • The contract between SHAKSCOSMETIC LTD and the Customer begins when the Order is dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Orders are for personal use only. Resale or distribution of purchased products is not allowed, and SHAKSCOSMETIC LTD reserves the right to cancel suspected resale orders.

Delivery

  • Standard dispatch time: Within 3 working days. If delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.
  • We deliver to select international destinations. Customers are responsible for import duties and taxes.
  • If a Customer provides an incorrect address or fails to collect their parcel, a £4.99 redelivery fee applies.
  • If delivery is delayed, you may request a refund for undelivered products.

Shipping

  • Orders are shipped using the method selected at checkout. Shipping prices are subject to change.
  • Customers must request any alternative delivery method at the time of order.

Risk and Ownership

  • Risk of loss transfers to the Customer upon delivery.
  • If an item is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the Customer, SHAKSCOSMETIC LTD is not liable.
  • If a Customer signs for a parcel, they assume responsibility. If a package appears tampered with, do not sign for it.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are only accepted for unused, unopened, resalable products within 14 days of receipt.
  • Faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours to admin@shakscosmetic.com.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Cancellations

  • Customers have 14 days to cancel an order after receiving goods. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned items.
  • If an order is cancelled after dispatch, the Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Our Liability

  • We are liable for foreseeable damages caused by our negligence but not for indirect or unforeseeable losses.
  • We do not accept liability for business losses, such as loss of profit, business, or opportunity.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, injury, fraud, or defective products under UK law.

  • We collect customer details for order processing, marketing, and service improvements.
  • We do not store credit card details online.
