Delivery in the UK
- UK deliveries are dispatched by Royal Mail – typically, delivery can be expected within 3 to 5 working days of placing an order.
- Special Delivery Shipping – Orders placed before 1:00 PM (Monday to Thursday) will be delivered the next working day.
📦 Tracked Service: All parcels are fully tracked for your peace of mind. A signature may be required upon delivery. If you are unavailable, please:
- Provide an alternative delivery address (e.g., work)
- Leave delivery instructions (e.g., leave with a neighbor) during checkout
General Delivery Information
- Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day (subject to stock availability).
- Christmas & New Year Delays: Orders may take up to 7 working days to be dispatched.
- If delivery is not possible within 14 days of receiving your order, we will keep you informed and offer the option to cancel and receive a full refund.
- If an item is out of stock, we will contact you within 5 working days with alternative options or an estimated restock date.
- Most orders arrive within the stated delivery times, but if your order has not arrived within 15 working days, please contact us for further assistance.
